When Needed: Before Conference, Week of, During, & After Conference

1. Speaker: During: Conference working at Speaker Table; During: Introduce speakers in each session, After: tallying evaluations
   
   
2. CE: Now to review Speaker Objectives; After conference working on Needs assessment taken from evaluations
   
   
3. Exhibitors: Need now to solicit exhibitors & follow-up with calls to collect info missing from their registration: includes calls; During conference to man the table on Friday morning and collect evals on Saturday
   
   
4. Publicity: Now to solicit ads from companies for program magazine
   
   
5. Posters: Assist with set-up and take-down Friday and Saturday during conference
   
   
6. Registration: Thursday: stuffing conference bags: During conference assisting with signing in attendees and distributing conference bags
   
   
7. Volunteer: Before: Assist with soliciting volunteers; During: Manning the volunteer table: After: Emailing thank you certificates
   
   
8. Logistics: During: Assist with changing Speaker signs after each session
   
   
9. PAC: Before: Assist with soliciting items; During: Setup tables, man tables, take down tables; After: Send thank yous as needed.
